As a child, I used to go to piano lessons, and one of the exercises that I had to perform
in order to work my sight reading skills was to use the notes to spell out common words. Being
able to read those words helped drill the sight reading and make me a better musician. At the time
I wasn't able to fully grasp the usefulness of this technique, but as I get older I find a lot of
different uses as I experiment musically and that my marginal amount of musical theory does help me
understand music further. This set explores the words of the Treble Clef and are now those are digitized
and on your phone, for your convenience.
